When my beloved husband, John, passed away unexpectedly in Syracuse, New York, we needed all the help and guidance we could get to transport him home and arrange a funeral. One call to Jacob at St. Joe was all we needed to do. He contacted the local funeral home, handled arrangements there, the booked a flight to O’Hare where St. Joe was ready to transport him home. Every phone call, meeting and interaction with all of the staff was respectful. professional and above board. They constantly checked throughout the entire funeral to be sure everything was to our liking. When Jacob understood the importance of John’s Latvian background, he even found Latvian music for the visitation!
