Vicki L (Hughes) Price

Vicki L. Price, 75 years old, peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 22, 2025 at West Bend Nursing Home in South Bend.

Vicki was born on September 17, 1949 in South Bend, to the late Gene and Joan (Szmanda) Hughes. On October 2, 1971, Vicki married the love of her life, David F Price, who survives. Vicki is also preceded in death by her step father, Harold Burger.

Left to cherish their memories, Vicki is survived by the love of her life, David F Price; sons, David C (Jennifer) Price and Shane Price; grandchildren, Brenden Price, Katlyn Price, Sydnie Price, and Alizah Price; and great-grandchildren, Anastasia Grace and Azelia Leigh.

Vicki proudly worked at Notre Dame for 26 years and loved everything Notre Dame. She enjoyed traveling with her husband to his classic car shows. Above all, she loved her family and spending as much time with them as possible. She will be deeply missed.

Friends and family will be received from 4:00pm-7:00pm Thursday, March 27, 2025, then again from 11:00am-12:00pm with a funeral service beginning at 12:00pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 all at St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S Mayflower Rd, South Bend, IN 46619. Burial will immediately follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
