Terry A. Goralski

Terry A. Goralski, 76 years old, passed away Monday, May 13, 2024 at his residence in South Bend.

He was born on March 5, 1948 in South Bend, to the late Theresa Loretta (Goralczyk) Goralski and Richard Frank Goralski. On October 20, 2001, he married Lillie C. (Nowicki) Goralski, and she survives.

Terry graduated from Washington High School in 1966. He began working at South Bend International Airport where he became Head of Maintenance. He received the F. Russell Hoyt award from the Northeast Chapter of the American Association of Airport Executives, and was a longtime member of the International Aviation Snow Symposium Committee. He retired in 2010 after 44 years of service. He enjoyed attending NASCAR races at many different tracks and collecting NASCAR memorabilia. He also enjoyed going on cruises with friends.

Left to cherish the memory of Terry is his wife, Lillie; sister, Pam (Mark) Piechocki of South Bend; grandson, Kenneth Rose Rustman of South Bend; sister-in-law; Susan (Larry) Fuchs of South Bend; niece, Molly (Billy) Asherman; nephew, John Nowicki; and nephew, Gary (Teri) Nowicki.

Per Terry’s wishes there are no services planned at this time. Memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Pet Refuge, 4626 S Burnett Dr, South Bend, IN 46614.
