Terry Cline

Terry Leon Cline, 73 years old, passed away after a short illness on Thursday, March 07, 2024 at Memorial Hospital.

Terry was born on July 20, 1950 in Greencastle, IN to the late Herbert Leon and Ruth (Williamson) Cline. Terry is also preceded in death by a sister, Linda (Gary) Davis, brother, Myron (Tena) Cline, father & mother-in-law, Harry & Theresa Lodyga, and a brother-in-law, Robert (Rana) Lodyga.

On November 29, 1969, in St. Adalbert Catholic Church,Terry married the love of his life, Donna M Lodyga, who survives. Also left to cherish Terry’s memory are his daughter, Amy Cline; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Kathy (Steve Kronberger) Lodyga. 

Terry proudly served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He graduated in 1968 from Fillmore (IN) High School. Terry retired in 2012 from ABF Freight Systems. He was a member of the American Legion, Teamsters Union Local 364, and was a past President of the West Side Democratic Club. Terry enjoyed fishing, hunting, and was an avid Notre Dame fan. He loved going to women’s basketball games and vacationing with his wife, Donna.

Friends and family will be received on Thursday, March 14, 2024 from 1:00PM - 4:00PM, with a funeral service being held at 4:00PM in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S Mayflower Rd South Bend, IN 46619. Online condolences can be made at sjfh.net.
