Suzanna Constance Lee

Suzanna Lee, 71, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026.

Suzanna was born on February 04, 1954 in South Bend, to the late Gerald and Mary (Gabrysiak) Lee.  She spent many years with her loving partner William Sullivan, who preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Linda (Dave Blodgett) Crimson and Barbara (Charles) King.

Left to cherish the memory of Suzanna is her daughter, Katharyn (Ryan) Hutson; brother & sister, Mary (Dale) Hartman, Richard (Jackie) Lee; nieces & nephews, Alan (Marsha) King, Dave (Damian) King, Nancy Gumm, Anne Marie (Jason) Silvey,  Michael (Katie) Lee, Christopher Lee, Lisa Blodgett; grand-nieces & nephews, Cody and Dustin Gumm, Alyssa, Nathan and Clay King, Kamaile King, Jamie Silvey, Camdon and Elle Lee.

Suzanna was an active member of St. Mary's Polish National Catholic Church. She attended Indiana University of South Bend. She would often donate to veteran and Native America organizations. Suzanna was very interested in genealogy and was often combing through books at the St. Joseph Public Library in order to track her own family tree. She loved music and movies, in particular old Westerns.

Visitation for Suzanne will be Tomorrow from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, January 16, 2026 in St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., South Bend, with a prayer service being held at 5:00 PM.  A Funeral Service will be 11:00 am on Saturday, January 17, 2026 with a one-hour visitation prior to the service.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be made to your local DAV (Disabled American Veterans) organization in honor of Suzanna Lee.
