Royalty Dior "RoRo" Ciara Scaggs

Royalty Dior Ciara Scaggs, born in Chicago, Illinois at Roseland Community Hospital to Shandrea Scaggs on March 5 2019. She was raised by June Presberry Jennings and Robert Jennings, since the age of 5 months. On April 3 2023, Royalty sadly passed away in a tragic car accident at just age 4, along with her father Robert.

Royalty, known as RoRo was a very intelligent and advance young girl who had an adventurous, fun, and loving personality. She was a very friendly little girl who made friends easily. She was very opinionated and would let you know what was on her mind. She loved to sing, dance, and make TikTok videos, and overall have fun. She loved when her nieces came over, especially Laci, they were like best friends. RoRo and her mom would call her aunties and uncle every morning. She loved talking to them everyday, especially her buddy Auntie Lala. When RoRo was 2 years old, we took in a dog named Bella and RoRo was attached to her and loved her very much. She loved to eat, and her favorite dish was Mac N Cheese. 

She loved everyone dearly and she was loved dearly by everyone whom she came to know.

Siblings: Shenika, Shanta, Tieisha, Marcellus, Breanna, Antonio,Tatianna, Destiny, Ajana, Larreisha, Semajay, Brandon, Armani, Mya, Alaysia, Tyshawn, and Darnell.
Nieces: Jada, Netria, Aaliyha, Kadence, Jaliyha, Amirah, Laciana, Journei, and Kiyomi.
Nephew: Wesley
Aunties: Yolanda and Elaine
Uncle: Terry
She had a host of aunties, uncles and cousins whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by Robert Jennings, her pet dog, Bella, and grandmothers, Emma Jean Presberry, and Patricia Scaggs.

Friends and family will be received from 7:00pm-8:00pm Friday, April 28, 2023 at St. Joseph Funeral Home in South Bend. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, April 29, 2023 at St. Joseph Funeral Home in South Bend, IN. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.
