Robert "Wild Bill" Jennings

Robert Lee Jennings known as Wild Bill, 46, tragically passed away April 3, 2023 in a car accident along with his lovely daughter, Royalty Dior. His father, Donald Franklin, sister, Pamela Tina Jackson also preceded him in death.

Robert was born in Chicago, Illinois to Vernessia Jennings Kennedy and Donald Franklin, yet he was raised and loved by Moses Kennedy since the age of 5 months old.

Robert Lee Jennings accepted Christ at an early age at the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor/ Rev Napoleon Wordlaw

Robert Lee Jennings received his education in the Chicago Public School System at Jacob A.R. Elementary School, Richard T. Crane High School, and Kennedy King College. He had a variety of jobs in Chicago as well as in Elkhart and South Bend, where his last job was at Pratts industries.

In 2014, Robert reconnected with the love of his life, June Presberry. On July 30, 2016, they got married at New Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, Illinois.

Robert Lee Jennings loves to DJ, Dance, Shoot Pool, and spend time with his family and friends.

Robert leaves in mourning his wife, June Presberry Jennings; his mother, Vernessia Kennedy; father, Moses Kennedy; Grandmother, Eula Jennings; brothers, Moses, Willie, Micheal, Khalil; sister, Tanika Franklin. Also left to mourn are his children, Ashanta, Shenika, Shanta, Tiesha, Breanna, Tatianna, Destiny, Ajana, Larriesha, Marcellous, Darnell, Darius; Grandchildren, Jada, Netria, Westly, Aaliyha, Jaliyha, Laciana, Kadence; his unborn granddaughter, Kiyomi; along with a host of aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends and family will be received from 7:00pm-8:00pm Friday, April 28, 2023 at St. Joseph Funeral Home in South Bend. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am Saturday, April 29, 2023 at St. Joseph Funeral Home in South Bend, IN. Burial will immediately follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.
