Paul Eitler, III

Paul Eitler, III, 66 years old, passed away at home on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

Paul was born on June 29, 1957 in South Bend, IN to the late Paul and Bernice (Osowski) Eitler, II.

Left to cherish Paul’s memory are his children, Megan Eitler, Michael (Erin) Eitler, and Matthew Eitler; grandchildren, Grace Eitler and Carson Eitler; and a sister, Sue Monesmith.

Paul graduated from St. Joseph High School, class of 1975. He proudly served his country in the United States Army and Air Force. Paul was a member and former Commander of the American Legion, Post 357. He was an avid Notre Dame Football fan and enjoyed hanging out with his American Legion friends. Paul was very active in his children’s sporting events in their younger years. He loved spending time with his family, especially playing cards with his grandchildren.
