Marcelina Robledo

Marcelina Robledo, 52, passed away on Friday, November 28, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.

Marcelina was born on June 25, 1973 in Irapuato, Mexico to David and Martina Robledo. She is preceded in death by her brother, Gabriel Robledo.

Left to cherish the memory of Marcelina are her parents; her loving husband, Simon Martinez; children, Gabriela (Diego Hernandez) Romo, Alexandra Martinez, Erika Martinez; grandchildren; Julia Hernandez, Elias Hernandez, Alena Hernandez, Lionel Moreira; brother, Julio (Monica) Robledo; niece & nephews, Alicia Robledo, Adrian Robledo, Andres (Jamie) Robledo, Aryel Cruz. Marcelina is survived by a host of family and friends.

Marcelina loved taking care of her grandchildren and nephews. She also enjoyed dancing and hosting parties. She will be dearly missed by all that knew her.

Visitation for Marcelina will be 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Rd., South Bend with a rosary to be prayed at 5:30 pm.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at Our Lady of Hungary Church, 829 W. Calvert St., South Bend.  Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.
