Laudice Meinert Obituary

Laudice (Miller) Meinert, 71, of Bourbon, Indiana, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Born on September 21, 1954, in Warsaw, Indiana, she lived a life marked by devotion to her family and service to her country.

Laudice proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 1973 to 1976. Her time in the military reflected her strength of character and unwavering commitment to duty—qualities that would continue to define her throughout her life.

Laudice was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Laudice is survived by her devoted husband, Mike Meinert; daughters, Kerensa Stoneburner (with husband Dallas) and Audra Molnar (with husband Chris); son Shawn Meinert (with wife Megan); grandchildren, Scott & Brianna Stoneburner, Quentyn Molnar (with wife Breanna), Austyn Click (with partner Phoenix Six), Kaitlyn Molnar, Campbell, Nora & Paige Meinert; and great-grandchildren, Harlee & Tysen Wenger, Ryder Molnar, and Aria & Luka Click.

She is also remembered with love by her siblings: Lowell Miller (with wife Cami), Evelyn Rickel (with husband Rick), Donnie Miller (with wife Betty), Billy Miller (with wife Stacy), and Kenny Miller (with wife Kelly).

Laudice was preceded in death by her parents, Don Miller, Sr. and Barb Miller; brothers Gene Miller and Fred Miller; and sister Bobbie Roszak.

A woman of quiet strength and deep affection for those around her, Laudice found joy in reading and cherished every moment spent with her family. Whether gathered around the table or sharing stories across generations, she treasured the bonds that connected them all.

Her legacy lives on through the many lives she touched with kindness and resilience. May her memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
