Kenneth A. Kloska, 70 years old, peacefully passed away with his family by his side on August 3, 2024 at Center for Hospice in Mishawaka.
Kenneth was born on February 22, 1954 in South Bend to the late Jerome and Vivian (Burdick) Kloska. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Brian Kloska.
Kenneth is survived by his sisters, Diane (Charles) Gooding and Michelle Kloska; nephew, Anthony (Angeline) Bocardo; nieces, Jennifer (Vincent) Cline and Elizabeth Gooding; great-nephews, Montique Jenkins, Dominick Bocardo, Nolan Cline, and Camden Cline, and great-nieces, Olivia McDonald and Chloe Cline.
Kenneth was a lifelong resident of South Bend and was a graduate of LaSalle High School in 1972. He loved to watch the Indianapolis Colts, Minnesota Vikings, and all Notre Dame Sports. He enjoyed playing softball, darts, and shooting pool at his favorite hangout spots. He also was known for cutting a rug on the dance floor and jamming out to Jimi Hendrix, ZZ Top, and Janice Joplin in his beloved Van that was unreliable but his most treasured possession. Some may even refer to him as the “Van Man”. Kenneth also enjoyed living a very simple and old school life. He was very mechanically inclined and handy and could fix just about everything. Above all, he loved his friends and family. He was still in contact with many of his lifelong friends, Priscilla and Andy, Dennis and Kathy, Walt and Michelle, Jeff, Mark, Joe and Jeff.
There will be no formal services for Kenneth at this time. Family is entrusting St. Joseph Funeral Home for the care and arrangements of Kenneth.
