Jesus "Chaparrito" Manuel Rodriguez

Jesus Manuel Rodriguez, 18 years old, of South Bend, passed away Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Riley Childrens Hospital in Indianapolis.

Jesus was born on January 6, 2006 in South Bend, to Juan Rodriguez and Maria Rosario Rodriguez, and they both survive. He attended John Adams High School and enjoyed soccer and playing video games.

Left to cherish the memory of Jesus is his parents, a sister, Cassandra Rodriguez; brother, Mauricio Rodriguez; sister, Jazmeen Rodriguez; brother, Matheo Rodriguez; sister, Arameli Zacarias; and best friend who was like a brother, Angel.

Visitation will be 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at St. Joseph Funeral Home, 824 S. Mayflower Road. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm Wednesday, February 7, 2024 with a visitation 1 hour prior, at Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Church, 829 W. Calvert Street. Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, South Bend.
