Deloris "Dee" Ciesialka

April 23, 1934 – November 11, 2022

Boynton Beach - Deloris Ciesialka, 88, formerly of South Bend, passed away at home with her daughter, Cristine by her side on Friday, November 11.

Deloris was born April 23, 1934 in Osceola, IN, to the late Cleland and Mildred (Breden) Stoddard.  In December 1952, Deloris married the love of her life, John Ciesialka, Jr. He preceded her in death in 1998. She was also preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Somerville, Jane Temple, Opal Fleck, Geraldine Walker and her brothers, Daniel Stoddard, Cleland Stoddard, Raymond Stoddard, and Lyle Stoddard.

Left to cherish the memory of Deloris is her daughter, Cristine Lynn Murray (Michael) of Boynton Beach, FL; daughter-in-law, Judy Ciesialka of Mishawaka, IN; other children, Ann Gardner Moody (Ben) of Texahoma, TX, Ervin Ciesialka (Cathy) of Syracuse, IN and Timothy Ciesialka (Laura) of South Bend, IN.  Deloris is also survived by grandchildren John Gardner (Keri), Debbie Gardner-Barton (Mike), Christopher Gardner, Robert Ciesialka (Jennifer), Matthew Ciesialka (Gina), Lauren Jones, Jonathan Kniss (Heather), Jeremy Ciesialka, Phillip Ciesialka (Kaylee), Allisha Ciesialka, Alex Ciesialka, and Timothy Ciesialka, along with twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. As well as two sisters, Ruth Bilinski and Norma Modlin (Gary).

Dee was employed with Kroger from 1979-1992 in the bakery department.  Dee enjoyed spending her time cooking and baking her many favorite recipes. Especially pies, breads, cookies, and her grandchildren's favorite strawberry cheesecake.  Dee also enjoyed embroidery and crocheting afghans for her loved ones, reading any Amish book she could get her hands on, and spending time with family and caring for the elderly during her time in Florida.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 23, 2022 from 12:30pm until 2:30pm with a service at 2:30pm in the Chapel at St Joseph Cemetery. Burial will follow.
