Dawn Radican Obituary

Dawn Marie Radican, 56, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at the Raclin House.

Dawn was born on September 4, 1969, in South Bend, Indiana, to the late Dennis G. Radican Sr. and Suzanne (Corbett) (Radican) Reynolds. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Steve Radican; her uncle, Norman Radican; her grandmother, Janice Lee  Beghtel Corbett; and grandparents, Marilyn and Norman Radican.

Left to cherish Dawn's memory are her significant other, John Fujawa; stepmother, Angela (Robert) Hettmansperger; sister, Jennifer (Joshua) Gobel; brother, Dennis (Erica) Radican Jr.; sister in law, Teri (Leon) Miller, who was like a sister to her; nephews, Evan (Desiree) Yeo, Roland Miller, Jacob Ratkay, Greyson Gobel and Hayden Radican; nieces, Courtney Ratkay and Scarlett Gobel; uncles, Doug Radican, David Radican and Robert (Marla) Corbett; aunts, Karen Depaepe and Debbie Bowen; and cousins, Brendon Bowen, Brad (Bridget) Corbett, and Elizabeth (Brian) Corbett.

Dawn graduated from Adams High School. She was an associate member of the South Bend Firefighters Hall and worked for Beacon Health System for seven years.

Dawn had a deep love for nature and found joy in the beauty of birds and animals. She enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her friends and family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Celebration of Life for Dawn will be held Saturday, 6/27/26 from 1-4pm at the South Bend Firefighters Hall 362 (food will be catered), 4025 Lincoln Way W, South Bend, IN 46628.
