Christopher Cole Searle

Christopher Cole Searle, 44, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

Chris was born on March 16, 1979 in Roseau County, MN to Geraldine "Jerry" Searle.

Left to cherish Chris’s memory are his fiancé, Annette Nieves; sons, Tyler Harlow and Xander Searle; daughters, Victoria (Steven Jordan) Searle and Rachael Harlow; step-children, Luz Harris and Jonathan (Chelsea) Nieves; grandchildren, Maverick, Julianna, & Elli Jordan, Athen & Loreali Harlow, and numerous precious step-grandchildren; and his 3 beloved fur babies, Maxx, Pepper, and Cobra. Chris was preceded in death by his fur babies, Kovu, Fatty, and Banshee.

Chris had found a permanent place in the Markman Peat family, where they had big plans for his future. He was very inquisitive and loved things that challenged his mind. Chris enjoyed playing strategic games and was fascinated with the scientific process involved in moonshining. He was very mechanically inclined and could fix just about anything; plumbing, cars, small engines are just a few of his specialties. He loved helping other people, whether you were close or someone he just met. Chris also enjoyed gardening, canning, and cooking. He just perfected his biscuit and doughnut recipes. Chris had a huge heart and lived every day to the fullest.
