Beverly Rose (Paschen) Szczypiorski

Beverly Rose Szczypiorski, 76 years old, peacefully passed away on Monday, February 23, 2026 surrounded by her family at Millers Merry Manor in New Carlisle.

Beverly was born on December 4, 1949 in Chicago, IL to the late Edwin and Ella (Temmel) Paschen. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Geraldine Miller-Versaw; and son-in-law, Bill Gallippo. 

Left to cherish the memory of Beverly is her loving husband of 50 years, Ronald Szczypiorski; children, Lori (Steven Taylor) Szczypiorski, Nick (Natalie) Szczypiorski; grandchildren, Emery Szczypiorski, Ava Szczypiorski, Blake Taylor, Reid Taylor, Matthew Gallippo, Zak Gallippo; niece, Barb (Greg Reese); great-nieces, Renae and Shelly.

Beverly was born in Chicago and moved to Hudson Lake, IN at the age of two. Growing up on the lake fostered a lifelong love of boating, which she enjoyed with family and friends. On October 4, 1975, in New Carlisle, Beverly married the love of her life, Ronald Szczypiorski. She worked alongside Ron in his auto repair business, Ron’s Service. Beverly had a passion for ceramics and watching her grandchildren create art, and she also enjoyed snowmobiling and visiting the casino. Above all, she cherished her family. She loved going to her children’s and grandchildren’s games or school events and took great pride in being present for them. Beverly shared many adventures with her family. Together with Ron, they went on three cruises to Alaska and took annual trips to Las Vegas. One of Beverly’s fondest memories was a trip to Hawaii with her sister and daughter. 

Visitation for Beverly will be held from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm Monday, March 2, 2026 at St. Joseph Funeral Home. 824 S. Mayflower Rd., South Bend. Beverly will be laid to rest at New Carlisle Cemetery at a later date.
