Annie Josephine (Sierzant) Hill

Annie Josephine Hill, 69, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.

Annie was born on March 19, 1956 in South Bend, Indiana to the late Mikolaj and Maria (Potoszemko) Sierzant.

Left to cherish the memory of Annie is her sister, Christine Suarez, brother, John (Carol) Sierzant; nieces, Natasha McBride and Kim Sierzant; nephews, Shane (Erin) Suarez and Mike (Marian) Sierzant; great-nephews, Daniel, Luke, and Finn; and many dear friends.

Annie graduated from Washington High School and remained a lifelong resident of South Bend. She worked most of her life as a caregiver. Annie had a huge heart, always willing to help others without asking for or expecting anything in return. She also loved animals, especially cats. Annie was a dedicated supporter of pet charities and took in cats in need of love and a good home. Annie was an avid Notre Dame basketball and football fan. She loved watching fireworks with friends and enjoyed making flower arrangements to give to others to brighten their day.

No services will be held at this time. In honor of Annie and her love of cats, memorial contributions may be made to any pet rescue or shelter of donor's choice.
